Services FAQs

What size company is the right fit?

We work best with $5M–$80M companies that have a real owner or operator team. Below $5M we're usually too expensive; above $80M you probably need a bigger firm.

Do you take equity?

Rarely. For founder-advisory clients we'll occasionally take 25% of fees in advisory equity, capped at 0.25%. We're cash-fee-first.

What if we want to pause mid-engagement?

30-day pause notice. We hold your scope and pricing for 90 days. After that, we re-quote.

Are there services you won't take?

Yes — anything that requires us to make people redundant without management's full conviction, or any work in industries we don't know well enough to add value (we list those on the FAQ in our intro deck).
