An 8–12 week embedded engagement. One partner and two senior consultants sit with your team, find what's actually broken (rarely what you think — almost never the org chart), and rebuild the operating cadence so the business ships reliably again.
One senior partner, two structured calls a month, unlimited async. Not a coaching program — we'll go deep on actual decisions you're making. Best for owners who don't have a board with operating chops.

We work best with $5M–$80M companies that have a real owner or operator team. Below $5M we're usually too expensive; above $80M you probably need a bigger firm.
Rarely. For founder-advisory clients we'll occasionally take 25% of fees in advisory equity, capped at 0.25%. We're cash-fee-first.
30-day pause notice. We hold your scope and pricing for 90 days. After that, we re-quote.
