Every dollar given to Grace Community Church helps fund Sunday worship, children’s and student ministry, pastoral care, and the dozen-plus partners we support in our city and around the world.
Supports the everyday work of the church — worship, staff, building, ministries, mission partners. About 78% of all giving goes here.
Directly funds our partners: the food bank, the women’s shelter, our partner school in northern Ghana, and our summer student mission trip.
Confidential, no-strings help for families in our community facing medical bills, eviction, or sudden hardship. Distributed through the care team.
Christians have given to support the work of the church for two thousand years — not because God needs our money, but because generosity changes us, sustains a community, and reaches people we will never meet.
We teach the historic Christian practice of the tithe — giving a tenth of what we earn as the first thing, not the last — and we teach offerings beyond the tithe as the Spirit leads.
If you have never given before, start small. If you have given for years, ask whether the Spirit is inviting you somewhere new. And if money is tight, please — do not give. Let the church give to you instead. That is also what we are for.
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
2 Corinthians 9:7
