Where to live in Accra.

Six of the areas we know best — including the trade-offs we wouldn't see written about by anyone trying to sell you a place there. Our guides are updated quarterly with current price ranges.

Sleek high-rise interior — East Legon penthouse

Don't see your neighborhood?

We cover everything inside the N1.

If it's in Greater Accra, we have an agent who knows it well. We also represent buyers and sellers in Aburi, Akosombo weekend homes, and several Ghana Holdings developments along the coast.

For neighborhoods outside our usual coverage, we partner with one of three brokerages we trust — and we tell you when that's happening so you know exactly who's representing you.
