Below are the three packages we work in. Every wedding gets shaped to its couple — these are the shapes we shape from. If your day does not quite fit a tier (and it often will not), write to us anyway; we'll quote a custom plan.

  • One shortlisted venue + walkthrough
  • Half-day coordination on the wedding day (6 hours)
  • Florals for one ceremony arch & one long table
  • Custom printed menus & place cards (3 ink colours)
  • Vendor liaising (catering, florist, photographer)
  • One stylist on-site for the first hour

Best for: courthouse weddings + a long dinner; second weddings; weddings with very particular guest lists.

  • Full-day on-site coordination (up to 12 hours)
  • End-to-end vendor curation & contract review

  • Rehearsal coordination the day before
  • One post-wedding wrap meeting & deliverables

Best for: most weddings. If you do not know where to start, this is where most clients start.

  • Venue scouting incl. partial venue buyouts
  • Welcome dinner + ceremony + reception coordination
  • Lead planner + 2 assistants + 1 runner
  • Stage & lighting design with our production partner
  • Guest logistics: transport, accommodation, gifting
  • Multi-day rehearsal coordination
  • Dedicated guest concierge line, 48 hours pre-event

Best for: traditional + white wedding, with both extended families; weddings with international guests.

A note on custom days

If none of
these are quite it.

About a third of the weddings we host don't fit cleanly into any of the three packages above — destination weddings on the coast that need transport coordination, week-long Asante traditional celebrations, weddings split across two cities. We quote each of these as its own plan.

If you suspect yours is one of those: write to us. We will spend an hour on the phone with you, free, before we send anything back. We would rather quote nothing than quote the wrong thing.
