We don't do retainers, ads, or pitches. We do four kinds of work, listed below in roughly the order we get asked for them. Each engagement is quoted whole — no day rates, no surprise revisions.

A complete identity system — wordmark, typography, color, art-direction guidelines, application kit. We usually quote a single custom display weight as part of the engagement; full type families are scoped separately. Typical timeline: six to ten weeks. Typical investment: from GHS 95,000 / USD 6,400.
Recently: Mailerine Press, Goldfinch Hall, Onika Botanicals.
Book interiors, magazine systems, multi-volume series, exhibition catalogues. We set the grid, choose the paper, art-direct the photography, and proof in person before going to press. Timeline: three to six months for a book; ongoing for a magazine. Typical investment: from GHS 75,000 / USD 5,000 per title.
Recently: Field Atlas (Akwantu), Nilo Quarterly, the WAPA exhibition catalogue.
Editorial websites, studio sites, archival presentations for institutions. Hand-built; usually no CMS, occasionally a very small one. Designed to age slowly and load on bad connections. Timeline: four to eight weeks. Typical investment: from GHS 60,000 / USD 4,000.
Recently: studiogull.example (the thing you're on now), the Goldfinch Hall season site.
Bottle, box, label, tin, ticket, invitation, business card, poster. We have a particularly stubborn relationship with letterpress, foil, and uncoated stock. Timeline: usually inside the brand engagement; standalone projects from four weeks. Typical investment: from GHS 28,000 / USD 1,900.
Recently: Onika Botanicals (14 SKUs), the Mailerine 15th-anniversary box set.
Pitch decks, advertising, performance-marketing creative, "brand refreshes" that need to ship in two weeks, social-media content production, or work without a clear single point of decision on the client side. None of that is a judgement on the work itself — we have friends who do it brilliantly — it's a judgement on what we're built for.
If you've sent us a brief that fits one of the four above, you'll hear back within three working days with a yes, a no, or a referral.
