We roast Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed by midnight Monday ship Tuesday afternoon. Orders placed by midnight Thursday ship Friday afternoon. Everything else ships on the next roast day.

Roasted coffee is at its best from 7 to 21 days off roast. We recommend you buy what you’ll drink in three weeks, store it whole bean in the bag it shipped in, and grind just before brewing.

We do, for cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices in New England. We’re very selective — we work with about 40 wholesale accounts at any time. Email wholesale@northboundroasters.example to start a conversation.

Yes — pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account page, no questions asked. Most subscribers pause for vacations and travel. We’re here for whatever rhythm works for you.

We stand behind every bag. If a coffee isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll either refund the order or send a different coffee — no need to ship anything back. We trust you.
