Every class at Forge is taught by a credentialed coach, capped at twelve athletes, and runs to a six-week training block. You'll know what you did last Tuesday, why, and what comes next.
Our coaches hold CSCS, USA-W, Precision Nutrition, or RKC credentials. We hire for technical depth and we keep paying for continuing education.
No random "workout of the day." Every class is part of a periodised six-week block — accumulation, intensification, deload. You'll see progress quarterly.
Every class has a maximum of twelve athletes and one or two coaches. You'll get hands-on cueing on every set — not a glance from across the room.
Three classes a week, six-week blocks, built around squat / press / hinge / pull. Most members add 30–60kg to their main lifts in the first year. Beginners welcome — half of every block is teaching technique under load.
Coaches: Kwame, Ama, and Mikael. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6am, 12pm, 6pm; Fridays at 6am and 6pm.
