Eight ways to train.

All programs are coached. All run in six-week training blocks. Mix and match — most members combine one strength program with one conditioning or combat class per week.

Barbell and kettlebell — Forge Strength program
Strength3 sessions/wk

Forge Strength

Squat, press, hinge, pull. Periodised six-week blocks. Beginner-friendly — half of every block teaches technique under load. Our flagship.

HIIT conditioning session with kettlebells and rowing
HIIT5 sessions/wk

Engine Room

Forty-five minutes of high-intensity intervals — rowing, ski-erg, assault bike, kettlebells. The fastest way to add conditioning without breaking anything.

Indoor gym with kettlebells and conditioning equipment
Mobility3 sessions/wk

Yoga & Mobility

A no-nonsense yoga and mobility hour built around shoulder, hip, and thoracic-spine work. Designed to make your strength training feel better.

Heavy bag and combat training area
Combat3 sessions/wk

Kickboxing

Technique, pad work, and bag conditioning with Coach Mensa (former national flyweight). Burns 700+ calories an hour. No prior experience needed.

Powerbuilding

Strength-led hypertrophy. Heavy compound work in the first half, accessory hypertrophy in the second. For people who like to lift heavy and look it.

Run Club

Tuesday speed work, Thursday tempo, Saturday long run on the Aburi hill. Coach Yaw is a 2:48 marathoner. Friendly to all paces.
