Sundays: 8am Yoga (Sena), 9am Long Run (Yaw), 11am Open Lift. Classes are 45–60 minutes unless noted. Book up to seven days in advance through the app.

Booking rules

Simple. Fair. Predictable.

  • Book 7 days ahead — through the Forge app or at reception.
  • Cancel 4 hours before — to free your spot for the waitlist with no penalty.
  • No-shows — a third no-show in a calendar month pauses your booking for one week.
  • Waitlist works — most full classes have 1–2 cancellations within 24 hours of start.
